Late Cancellation

We have an 8 hour cancellation window. If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, this will be considered a late cancellation and your session will be forfeited. Unlimited members will be charged a $15 cancellation fee within the 8 hour time frame.

No show

If you do not attend your class, this is considered a late cancellation and your session will be forfeited. Unlimited members will be charged a $15 no show fee.  If you know you can’t attend, please ensure you cancel to allow someone else the opportunity to have the spot.

During class, please ensure your phone is put away or is on silent to minimise disruption to others and allow yourself to switch off. If you need to take an important call, we ask that you please minimise disruption to the class.

Class Times

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your class starts to allow yourself to be signed in and settled. If you are more than 5 minutes late our late cancellation policy will apply, and your class will be forfeited.

If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Due to our 8 hour cancellation window, there are often changes to class attendance and places may become available.

If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will receive a notification via text and email confirming you have moved off the waitlist. You can move from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class starts.

Please let us know as soon as you can about your pregnancy. This will always be kept highly confidential. We recommend our Reformer class or 1:1 sessions.

You must be 16 years or over to attend our group classes. 1:1 sessions can be organised for children under 16.

Please let your instructor know if you have injuries (old and new) and we will make modifications to suit your needs. Our classes can help with injury recovery and pain management. We recommend our Reformer class.
