What should I bring to class?

Just bring yourself and a water bottle!  We also require you to wear grippy socks for that extra support with your balance.

 

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing something that’s comfortable to move in. We ask that you wear grippy socks which are available to purchase at the studio.

 

It’s my first class, what do I need to do?

Welcome! Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts to get signed in and shown around the studio by one of our instructors. After the tour, find a reformer and get settled – feel free to take the time before class to unwind.

 

I’m new to Pilates, what class should I book?

Our Reformer Class is the perfect place to start! All fitness levels are welcome and it’s a great place for beginners as there is a strong emphasis on technique. During the class, we will offer options to progress and can modify exercises based on your level.

 

I’m running late, can I still come to the class?

Unfortunately, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class the door may be locked and you will not be able to attend your chosen class.

 

Is there free parking?

Yes, there is on-street parking directly out the front of the studio and on Herbert Crescent.
